The Present Situation Analysis on Population of Elderly and Elderly Welfare Leisure Facility of Gyeongsangnamdo

Abstract
|
|
|
Objective : This study is to find out the analysis of the present situation on welfare for the aged leisure facility based on elderly leisure and to emphasis the important of elderly leisure and to provide available basic data.
Methods : This study find the total and analysis of the data which register on National Statistical Office from 2012 to 2015 and the silver hall which register on Korean Senior Citizens Association and the Seniors Welfare Center which register on each cities and towns and senior class.
Results : The analysis result was the most presented, silver hall of Gimhae 526unit, member number of Masan Happogu?Hoewongu 24,271peolple. The number of members against population, Hamyang have the largest membership. second, seniors welfare center which register on each cities and towns in Gyeongsangnamdo had 20. There were no Elderly Welfare Leisure Facility except in Changwon Yichang-gu?Seongsan-gu, Masan Happo-gu?hoewon-gu, Jinhae-gu, Jinju, Gimhae, Yangsan, Geochang. Third, senior class which register on each cities and towns in Gyeongsangnamdo had total 126. Gimhae had the highest number of senior class.
Conclusion : Elderly leisure facilities in the state of Gyeongsangnam-do, Gimhae had the highest number of silver hall and senior class as well. There were no elderly welfare leisure facility except in Changwon Yichang-gu?Seongsan-gu, Masan Happo-gu?hoewon-gu, Jinhae-gu, Jinju, Gimhae, Yangsan, Geochang. Therefore, the elderly leisure facilities is necessary to align the regional balance because it is concentrated in the city center.
